So many legal professionals have shared with me how they want to be a catalyst for change in 2024 by making LAW more accessible to those who can't afford it.

And legal tech can absolutely be a HUGE part of this change!  This is our Anthem to start the movement!

With so many firms migrating away from hourly billing, we were tasked to tell the story of how frustrating it can be to navigate the pricey road of legal services!

Lawyers could use some help selling.  We can all seem to agree that most are not trained on Business Development or the software tools to support their sales efforts.   So, for today’s Musical Monday, I thought we would let Michael Jackson share his tips on helping Lawyers sell more business and manage their sales pipeline!

In Zach Abramowitz's article "Is AI Going to Replace Your Legaltech?"  Robert Ambrogi, Prof Dan Katz & Micheal Bommorito shared this thought during a discussion .....Due to the release of ChatGPT, technology companies that were built in the last 5-10 years had essentially all become legacy solutions.

It got me thinking about how AI has already started to permeate Legal Tech solutions and who better to tell the story than Van Halen through their classic 1979 hit Dance The Night Away!

So on this Musical Monday, let's have some fun debating the impact AI will have on Legacy Legaltech, but there’s no debating how EPIC my goodwill leopard print David Lee Roth shirt is, right?!?!

If you saw this old school teen movie from the 80's, you know Mr. Hand helped "burnout" Jeff Spicoli get that passing grade!  

The point is, if your law firm is feeling like a disaster when it comes to servicing your clients demands to save them time and $$$, there is still hope!  

Ya just gotta focus on the basics, so who better to share some easy first steps then Jackson Browne, am I right?!?!

 So many firms try to run their practices using spreadsheets instead of the latest technology specifically designed to run a law firm from intake to invoice.  It's a practice we thought ZZ Top could provide a humorous warning about in this classic 80's tune!

 Pushing paper, late nights, high stress and stringent deadlines are the theme of this classic as told to me by those who shall remain nameless!

 And, in soooo many cases, we find firms don't even need new tech, they just need to use their existing tech efficiently!  

 Take it from the boys with beards!  Planning your technology course will produce successful results and save time and money!  Don't make a Texas sized Tech mistake!
